1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary and the statement of the victim directly implicating the petitioner in the commission of the alleged offence, and there are prima facie materials against the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
