ar The appellant is not represented, nor any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellant.

The appeal has arisen out of an order dated 15th May, 2017.

It appears that on 15th May, 2017 the trial court extended the interim order till 19th May, 2017 and there is nothing to show that the interim order is extended beyond that date.

We, however, request the learned trial judge to dispose of the injunction application on merits.

On such consideration, FMA 1564 of 2017 is disposed of. CAN 1 of 2017 is accordingly disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Arambagh, Hooghly for information and doing the needful through learned Registrar Administration (L & OM).
