This petition has been filed by the father of the victim girl alleging that the victim girl has been missing for a considerable length of time.

The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that as of now the petitioner's daughter has crossed 18 years of age and the petitioner has come to know that she has changed her religion and got married to another person and stayed in Mumbai for a brief period of time and now come back along with her husband to the same place where the petitioner is residing and she is residing with her husband.

In the light of the same, we find that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is disposed of.

Copies of the documents which have been placed before the Superintendent of Police, Ranaghat Police District, Nadia have been furnished to us and the same be placed on record.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
