1. The petitioner no. 1 is the brother of the husband of the victim and the petitioner no. 2 is the wife of the petitioner no. 1.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and the allegations against the petitioners are omnibus in nature.

3. Learned counsel for the State in opposing the prayer has relied upon the statement of the cousin of the husband of the victim and submits that the victim died within 10 months of marriage and at the time of death she was pregnant.

4. Considering the materials available in the case diary, the nature and extent of the complicity of the petitioners in the

commission of the alleged offence as transpired from the statement of the cousin and other witnesses implicating the petitioners along with others, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Therefore, the application for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
