Learned Advocate representing the petitioner submitted certain documents. Documents as produced by the learned Advocate for the petitioner is taken on record. She submits that the writ petitioner Company was referred to BIFR and has been declared sick unit. She submits that the attachment which was made has been withdrawn in the meantime. Petitioner does not want to proceed with the writ petition.

In view of such submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
