Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was falsely implicated. The petitioner did not receive any notice issued under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the petitioner is a facilitator in a racket which extracts money from the public on the promise of government job. There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner. Apparently, a racket was discovered by the police which extracts money from the public on the promise of providing government jobs. The First Information Report states

that the principal accused issued a cheque, which was subsequently dishonoured.

In view of the involvement of the petitioner in the incident and the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 3885 of 2022 is dismissed.
