Mr. Mal, learned advocate for the opposite party, submits that the order impugned before this court was passed in an interlocutory proceeding initiated against the Life Insurance Corporation with regard to a proceeding under Section 7 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971. According to him, the order impugned before this court was an order by which a prayer for extension to pay the occupation charges in lieu of stay of the eviction proceedings had been rejected by the learned court below. He also submits that possession of the premises in question has already been taken resulting in an eviction of the petitioner and he prays that the revisional application be dismissed as infructuous.

However, as none appears on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation is prayed for although the matter has been appearing in the

warning list for some time, the revisional application is dismissed for default as the petitioner may have lost interest in the proceedings.
