Mr. Prantick Ghosh, Mr. Siddhartha Sarkar ......for the Petitioner. The petitioner is aggrieved by the progress of A. C. Case No.2210 of 2017, which is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Alipore under the relevant provisions of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. In view of the proceedings commencing in the year 2017 and till date the interim prayers of the petitioner having not been considered, I direct the learned Magistrate, within 60 days from the next date so fixed, to arrive at his finding in respect of the interim prayers advanced by the petitioner in her application under the relevant provisions of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR No.2743 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
