Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the petitioner worked as a gold appraiser. Same gold ornaments were placed for the purpose of obtaining loan on different accounts. The amount being disbursed were distributed amongst the accused including the petitioner. There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner. Apparently, the petitioner appraised the gold ornaments for the purpose of obtaining loan. Apparently, the same gold ornaments were pledged for different loans. Therefore, complicity of the petitioner requires interrogation.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 3887 of 2022 is dismissed.
