Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated August 20, 2024, the respondent authority has prepared a cheque in the name of Smritikana Paul dated September 9, 2024 being No.99406 amounting to Rs.6,45,000/-. Let the photo copy of the said cheque be kept on record. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Union of India is directed to hand over the cheque to the advocate on record on behalf of the petitioner. Ms. Megha Datta, learned counsel appearing on behalf Union of India with Mr. Brajesh Jha under take to hand over the cheque to the learned advocate on record to the petitioner.

Considering the conduct of the respondent authority the C.O. 2874 of 2019 is disposed of as the claim has been settled by submission of cheque of full and final amount. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
