1. Appeal is directed against order dated April 13, 2021 passed in WPA 21790 of 2019.

2. Appeal is at the behest of the writ petitioner.

3. Writ petitioner/appellant assailed the provisional assessment order dated February 20, 2019 in the writ petition which resulted in the impugned order.

4. Court is informed that subsequent to the disposal of the writ petition, distribution Company passed the final order of assessment.

5. In such circumstances, no interference is called for with regard to the order impugned in the present appeal.

6. This order will not, however, prevent the writ petitioner/appellant from challenging the final order of assessment, in accordance with law.

7. All points raised by the parties are kept open.

8. FMA/209/2022 along with connected application are disposed of without any order as to costs.
