It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners that before the intervention of pandemic a notice was already served upon the learned advocate for the opposite parties. That after the intervention of the pandemic, the ordinary function of the Court was largely disturbed.

In that view of the matter, learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to issue fresh notice upon the learned advocate for the defendants/tenants/opposite parties in the court below as well as upon the opposite parties/tenants intimating that the matter will appear in the list for necessary consideration in the Combined Monthly List of January, 2021.
