This is an application under Section 397/401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against the impugned order dated 25.3.2021 passed by learned Judge, Special (CBI) court no. 1, Calcutta in connection with Money Laundering case no. 07 of 2019, arose out of Enforcement case information report bearing no.

ECIR/09/KOL/2012 dated 16.7.2012.

Before the trial court the accused nos. 9 and 10 namely, Rahul Saraff and Kabita Saraff raised an issue that the documents supplied to them under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure being page no. 206, 238,241,242, 771 to 781, 817-827 and also page no. 257 which are illegible as such their contention was that the supply of copy remains incomplete. According to the learned advocate for the petitioner, learned trial court did not give any importance to the contention of the aforesaid accused no. 9 and 10 and was pleased to fix the case for framing of charge.

Being aggrieved by that order dated 25.3.2021, the present revisional application has been preferred with a prayer to set

aside the impugned order and to serve legible copy of the aforesaid pages to the accused petitioners before framing of charge.

Today, learned counsel for the Enforcement Directorate submits that xerox copy as well as typed copy of the said pages has already been delivered to the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the typed copy as well as xerox copy of the said pages have been given to them.

Accordingly, CRR 2367 of 2021 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
