The petitioner No. 1 is a B.Ed College recognized by NCTE and affiliated to Baba Saheb Ambedkar Education University. The petitioner no. 2 is the Officer-in-Charge of the said college.

The petitioners are alleging that students have taken admission in the college to pursue B.Ed. course for the Academic Sessions 2024-2026, but the registration of six of such students with the University is pending.

He further submits that a representation of the College dated April 12, 2025 is pending before the University, he prays consideration of the said representation.

The learned advocate for the University submits that those students are not even admitted in the College.

Be that as it may, the University is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation of the petitioners in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

W.P.A. 17519 of 2025 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
