Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that, the order dated June 28, 2019 stands complied with. He submits that, a sum of Rs.1,54,478/- was paid to the petitioner on September 30, 2019 as against a claim of Rs.2,49,383 as per West Bengal Health Scheme, 2008 guidelines.

Learned Additional Government Pleader makes over a copy of the order dated January 28, 2021 along with the enclosure thereof to the learned advocate for the petitioner in Court.

In such circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps with regard to the balance of the

claim in accordance with law.

No further order is called for in the contempt petition.

CPAN 957 of 2019 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
