Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by non-consideration of its representation dated 18th November, 2020 as appears at page 26 of the writ petition for redressal of its grievance which would appear from the said representation and against a demand notice dated 28th March, 2022 issued by the respondent authority concerned as appears at page 27 of the writ petition. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties, I am not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner in this writ petition except granting liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate representation against the demand notice dated 28th March, 2022 within four weeks from the date of this order

and if such representation is made by the petitioner within the time stipulated herein, the same shall be considered by the respondent concerned in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorised representatives within four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.

Accordingly, this writ petition being WPA No.18152 of 2022 is disposed of.
