It appears from the report that the Voter's Identity Card relied upon by the petitioner is not genuine. In view of the aforesaid fact and the nature of allegations, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected. (Ananya Bandyopadhyay, J.)
