The petitioners seek for a direction upon the Director of Madrasah Education to consider the prayer for recognition of the Madrasah as an unaided one. The petitioners made representation before the Director of Madrasah Education on November 6, 2021 and the same was received by the office of the Director of Madrasah Education on November 9, 2021.

It appears that the application was filed by the Madrasah long back.

Accordingly, leave is granted to the petitioners to make a fresh application before the Director of Madrasah Education along with all necessary supporting documents.

In the event such an application is made by the Madrasah, the same shall be considered strictly in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties after completion of all legal formalities.
