Mr. Ayan Bhattacherjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that as the charge-sheet has already been submitted and the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on which prosecution proposes to rely upon are not available with him, as they are yet to be supplied, he does not want to pursue the issue canvassed in this revisional application.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2368 of 2021 is dismissed as not pressed with liberty granted to the petitioners to canvass all the issues advanced in the present revisional application before the learned Magistrate at the stage of consideration of charges.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
