Order dictated by Arijit Banerjee, J.:

Report filed by the State be kept with the records. 2.

From the report it appears that the present petitioners stand on the same footing as another accused person who was granted bail on August 8, 2024, by the learned Trial Court. 3.

Hence, on the ground of parity, we enlarge the petitioners on bail.

Accordingly, we direct that the petitioners, namely, Pratap Rajbanshi, Raju Rajbanshi @ Rajib Ram and Khusbu Rajbanshi, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 4,000/- each, with two registered sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandannagar, Hooghly and on condition to meet I/O once in every fortnight for a period of two months or till investigation is over, whichever is earlier.

In the event the petitioners fail to adhere to any of the conditions stipulated above without justifiable cause, the trial court Signed By :

shall be at liberty to cancel the petitioners' bail in accordance with law without further reference to this court.
