Versus

The only prayer of the petitioner is for the direction on the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Paschim Medinipur, Government of West Bengal, being the respondent no.7 to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 4th April, 2022. The representation is on account of supply of manpower and sanitization articles by the petitioner to the respondents for Bio West Management for the Assembly Election, 2021.

The petitioner is yet to receive his dues for the supply made to the respondents.

W.P.A.18162 of 2022 is disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.7 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 4th April, 2022 within a period of four weeks from date by passing a reasoned order upon hearing the petitioner

and considering the claim of the petitioner. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week from the date on which such order is passed. If the petitioner is found to be eligible for the dues, as prayed for, the concerned respondent shall make the payment to the petitioner within four weeks from the date on which the reasoned order is communicated to the petitioner. It is made clear that the court has not gone into the merits of the case. (Moushumi Bhattacharya, J.)
