& In compliance with the order passed by this court on 18.11.2022, the hearing has been taken by the D. P. S. C. in respect of the petitioner's family pension who is a divorced daughter of the teacher who was her father.

I am told that the matter has been heard.

Learned advocate for the State has intimated that today is the date for verification of the documents of the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is waiting in the office today for such verification.

In such circumstances I adjourn this matter till 7th August, 2023 for filing a report on behalf of the State as to the status of the claim of the petitioner for family pension.

List the matter accordingly.
