By such order the Secretary, West Bengal College Service Commission was directed to consider the writ petition as a representation and pass a reasoned order therein. A copy of the reasoned order passed by the Commission is made over to the learned advocate for the petitioner in Court.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there are grievances of the petitioner with regard to the reasoned order.

Such grievances may be ventilated at an appropriate forum.

As on date, it cannot be said that there is an act of contempt warranting the Court to proceed against the alleged contemnor.

CPAN 915 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
