She seeks re-election on account of malpractice which took place on the day of the poll.

It appears that complaint was lodged before the State Election Commission on 18th July, 2023. The election was conducted on 8th July, 2023 and result of the election was declared on 11th July, 2023. Complaint filed at such a delayed point of time does not merit consideration.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
