1. Report in the form of affidavit filed on behalf of the WBSEDCL, and the exception thereto, filed in Court today are taken on record.

2. The new electricity connections sought for by the petitioners have not been allowed because of non-payment of outstanding dues in respect of the same premises from the father of the petitioners.

3. The appellate authority issued bill of Rs. 1,41,542/- which is still outstanding.

4. It will be open for the petitioners to pray for electricity connection after paying all the outstanding dues and upon compliance of all legal formalities.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
