1. The judgement was pronounced on 10.9.2025 disposing all the appeals and the connected applications. However, this has not been formally recorded in the judgement dated 10.9.2025.

2. Accordingly, after paragraph 139 the following paragraph as paragraph 140 shall be added.

"140. All the appeals along with connected applications are accordingly, disposed of. However there shall be no order as to costs."

3. The appeals are arising out of a common judgement dated 16.7.2025. We have already considered similar matters arising out of some judgement in MAT 1113/2025 (Jakir Hossain Mondal & Ors. vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.). The said appeals with all connected applications were disposed of on 10.9.2025.

4. The present appeals are also disposed of in terms of the judgement dated 10.9.2025.

5. The server copy of the judgement dated 10.9.2025 shall be corrected accordingly.
