The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondents to grant FPS License in favour of the petitioner against the said vacancy notification vide Memo No.

446/SC/KAL/24 dated 29.05.2024, declaring a vacancy for selection of candidates in location at Nasratpur (CT); Dangapara Central location (Near Dangapara Rail Gate, Monza Nasaratpur, J.L. No. 186, P.S. Nadanghat, Block Purbasthali- I, SubDivision Kalna, District Purba Bardhaman, Pin 713519.

Learned counsel for the petitioner being aggrieved with the findings of the enquiry conducted on 29.10.2024 has approached this Court.

It is submitted by the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner that the said enquiry report is not in accordance with law and does not reflect the exact findings in respect of the enquiry conducted. It appears that a representation before the Sub Divisional Controller, Kalna dated 10.07.2025 is pending consideration.

It is submitted that the said representation has not been considered till date.

Considering the said facts the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 5 shall consider the said representation dated 10.07.2025, on hearing all stakeholders and on hearing the parties shall dispose of the same within 60 days from the date of this order by passing a reasoned order, in accordance with law.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

9.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
