1. Shri Subrata Kumar Dutt, learned counsel for the petitioners has produced before us an instruction of the petitioners dated 14.12.2023 which is kept on record.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has stated on the basis of the instruction that the dispute involved in the present petition has been settled by the parties out of the Court and as such nothing now survives in the present petition.

3. In view of the said statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners as aforenoted, since dispute has been settled between the parties out side the Court, therefore, nothing survives in the present petition. Consequently, petition is dismissed as infructuous.
