Case No. 88 of 2016 expeditiously.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the said misc. case was under the provisions of Order 9 Rule 9 of the Civil Procedure Code. He further submits that the argument in the said misc. case has been completed and a date was fixed for passing orders.

In view thereof, CO 2793 of 2025 stands disposed of with the hope and trust that the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 2nd Court at Barasat shall make an endeavour to dispose of the Misc. Case No. 88 of 2016 expeditiously.
