Mr. Gouranga Kumar Das Ms. Swati Mondal ... for private respondent no. 11 The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the installation of a mobile tower in the residence adjacent to the petitioner's house.

It is submitted that tower could fall on the petitioner's residence causing damage in the event of any cyclone. Admittedly, the tower has not fallen till date and is in existence since the year 2005. The petitioner may however, apply before the local Panchayat for shifting of the tower to a safe and better location without affecting the connectivity to the residents already benefitting from its presence. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
