The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of T.S. No. 164 of 2017, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Contai, Purba Midnapore.

It is submitted that the suit before the trial Court is the suit for declaration and injunction.

It appears that the suit is pending since 2017 for about eight years.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for, service is dispensed with.

5. Civil revision is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the suit expeditiously preferably within six months from the date of this order.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
