It is submitted at the bar that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with this revisional application as the order impugned has been recalled by the learned trial court by exercising the inherent power under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Under such circumstances, I do not find any reason to stand in the way, the revisional application is disposed of being "infructuous".
