Majumder ......For the School The President of the Managing Committee of the school is present in person. He has prayed unconditional apology for not issuing the no-objection certificate and has submitted that it has already been issued to the petitioner on 23rd April, 2022. After hearing the President and considering his submission, I am not passing any adverse order against him.

As the petitioner has received the no-objection certificate, there is no further point for adjudication in this writ application and the writ application is disposed of.
