Mr. Rishabh Ahmad Khan ...for the petitioner Mr. Debanjan Mukherjee ..for CESC Limited The petitioner has filed this writ petition contending, inter alia, that he has not been provided with the assessment order and the resultant bill pertaining to the allegation of electricity pilferage. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the meter has been surrendered and the outstanding bill amount has been paid.

This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for Calcutta Electricity Supply Corporation (CESC) Limited.

In light of these circumstances, no further adjudication is necessary.

Accordingly, WPA 18224 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
