Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the Chandrakona Police Station, Paschim Medinipur on 26th June, 2024 but no steps have been taken by the police so far.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that on the basis of the complaint filed by the petitioner, a case being Chandrakona Police Station Case No. 222/2024 dated 20.07.2024 under Sections 329(3)/115(2)/324(4)/351(2)/3(5) of BNA, 2023 has already been initiated.

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

As all steps have been taken by the police on the basis of the complaint filed by the complainant/writ petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of.

The Writ Petition being WPA 18572 of 2024 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
