The petitioner and the private respondent daughter-in-law present in Court in person.

The daughter-in-law shall live in the first floor and the petitioner and her husband shall live in the ground floor. The parties shall not communicate with each other except through their lawyers.

The petitioner shall allow private respondent daughter-in-law to remove her articles from the ground floor and shift the same to the first floor. Likewise, the daughter-in-law shall allow the petitioner and her husband to remove their articles from the first floor and shift the same to the ground floor.

The daughter-in-law shall not allow any outsider to her house except any lady tuition teacher for the child. The petitioner and her husband may, however, entertain visitors without causing any disturbance to the private respondent.

The Officer-in-Charge, Uttarpara Police Station shall ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace

in the house and he shall cause necessary inspection in the house from time to time. The parties shall maintain peace and cordiality.

Any right of residence of the daughter-in-law shall abide by any final proceedings under the provisions of the Domestic Violence Act which are now pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, 4th Court, Serampore, Hooghly.

The Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, 4th Court, Serampore, Hooghly before whom the proceedings under the Domestic Violence Act are pending shall proceed to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law without being influenced by any observation whatsoever made in this order. The aforesaid order is only an interim arrangement.

The CCTV Camera in the first floor bedroom, if any, shall be removed.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
