It appears from the writ petition that the petitioners complain of inaction on the part of the Rabindra Nagar Police Station. Dispute is between the mother and one son on one side and the father and one son on the other side. It appears that the Rabindra Nagar Police Station Case No.197 of 2022 dated 28.07.2022 under Sections 341/325/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered on the basis of the complaint of the petitioners.

In that view of the matter, investigation into the complaint be completed within two months from date. There is no inaction on the part of the police. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

Instructions of the I.C., Rabindra Nagar Police Station is taken on record.

There will be no order as to costs.
