1. The learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a copy of the order dated 19.09.2024 passed in O.A. No.66 of 2024 finally disposing of the matter before the Tribunal, we find that the Tribunal has directed the representation filed by the petitioner on 28.11.2023 to be considered, and a reasoned order be passed thereon.

2. Since the matter has been finally disposed of by the Tribunal, reserving the liberty of the petitioner to assail the reasoned order that may be passed, if he is aggrieved by the same, the writ petition is disposed of.
