Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were falsely implicated. He refers to the age of the petitioner no. 2 and submits that the petitioner no. 2 did not play any role in the incident.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary and to the injury report. Considering the nature of the injury suffered by the victim and considering the role of the petitioners in the incident, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The prayer for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM 7786 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
