The respondent nos. 12 to 14 are the erstwhile owners of the property who have transferred the property to the respondent nos. 7 to 11. The respondent nos. 7 to 12 are not before this Court, despite service.

The writ petition is disposed with a direction upon the Officer-in-Charge, Bhowanipur Police Station, to ensure that the order of status quo passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 4th Court, Alipore in Title Suit no.1447 of 2021 is complied with, unless the same has been modified, vacated or varied by a superior Court, or any forum, in accordance with law.

The other allegation with regard to disturbances created by the respondent Nos. 7 to 11, have been

taken care of in the civil suit and the parties have been directed to maintain status quo.

However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
