1. This matter was directed to appear under the heading "To Be Mentioned".

2. Attention of this Court is drawn to a typographical error, which has crept in the order dated 19th November, 2024. In the first line at page 4 of the said order, the name of the person liable to pay tax was inadvertently recorded as "Dilip Mukherjee" instead of "Dipali Mukherjee".

3. Let the error be rectified and this order shall form part of the order dated 19th November, 2024. The other portions of the order shall remain unaltered. (HIRANMAY BHATTACHARYYA, J.)
