1. This matter was directed to appear under the heading "To Be Mentioned".

2. Attention of this Court is drawn to a typographical error, which has crept in the order dated 19th November, 2024. In the last line of paragraph 3 of the said order, the name of the person liable to pay tax was inadvertently recorded as "Gopal Chandra Dutta & others" instead of "Bhupal Chandra Dutta & others".

3. Let such order be rectified and this order shall form part of the order dated 19th November, 2024. The other portions of the order shall remain unaltered. (HIRANMAY BHATTACHARYYA, J.)
