CRAN 1 of 2023 has been filed indicating that the disputes and differences, which constitute the subject matter of the complaint in the FIR, have been amicably settled.

Hence, the Barasat Police Station Case No. 495 of dated 05.07.2023 under Sections 448/449/427/386/406/120B of the IPC shall stand quashed and set aside.

Hence, CRAN 1 of 2023 shall stand allowed and disposed of.

4.

In view of the above, CRR 2748 of 2023 shall also stand disposed of.

5.

The parties shall act in furtherance of the compromise in accordance with law.

6.

A copy of the CRAN has been served on the learned counsel for the State.

7.

This Court deprecates the practice of not notifying the State in the matter listed out of turn before this Court.
