(Via Video Conference) Mr. Soumya Majumder, Mr. Soumava Mukherjee, Mr. Sohom Roy ...for the petitioner Mr. Srijan Nayak, Mrs. Rituparna Moitra ...for the State Mr. Soumya Majumder, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that his client wishes to withdraw the instant writ petition being WPA 16197 of 2015 with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action, urging additional grounds and seeking additional prayers.

Hence, WPA 16197 of 2015 shall stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty however reserved to the petitioner as prayed for hereinabove. In view of the above, CAN 1 of 2022 shall also stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
