The application being CAN 2 of 2022 is for condonation of delay in presenting the application for recall of the order dated 28th November, 2018 (CAN 1 of 2022).

It appears that there is a delay of 1266 days in presenting the application for recall of the order dated 28th November, 2018.

Mr. Nayak, learned advocate, is representing the Co-operative Election Commission, who has opposed the application seeking condonation of delay.

Accordingly, respondents are at liberty to file affidavits-in-opposition to these two

applications within three weeks and reply thereto, if any, be filed within one week thereafter. After the time fixed as aforesaid for exchanging affidavits applicants shall be at liberty to mention the matter for inclusion in the list.

Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the applicants are taken on record.
