Now, the Headmaster is transferred to another school. The petitioner wrote a letter also to this West Bengal Board of Secondary Education. The learned advocate for the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education has also submitted that there is no initiation of disciplinary proceedings. The Managing Committee of the school has not done anything in this regard. Unless the Managing Committee of the school says something against the erstwhile Headmaster the Board cannot take any action.

I do not find any merit in this matter and this is a private dispute. The parties have every liberty to settle the dispute in other forum.

The matter is disposed of.
