It is also submitted that they have been falsely implicated. They pray for bail.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits victim housewife was brutally chopped at the matrimonial home. Weapon of offence was recovered. We have considered the materials on record. Victim housewife was brutally injured at the matrimonial home. Bail prayer of the petitioners was rejected in November, 2022. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
