The present revisional application has been preferred praying for transfer of maintenance case under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 registered as M.R No.217 of 2021 pending in the court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Alipurduar to the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Ranaghat, Nadia.

That there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner since listing.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the learned Magistrate shall proceed to dispose of the case finally, if not already disposed of.

4. All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

6. Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
