1. This matter has come at the instance of the petitioners for correction of the order dated 30th July, 2024.

2. The order was passed in respect of three petitioners. However, the cause title has erroneously mentioned the name of the first petitioner. Similarly, in paragraph 2, in respect of "petitioners", the word "petitioner" has been used.

3. In Paragraph 2 and wherever the name of the petitioner appears in the order, it shall be read as "petitioners".

4. In view of the aforesaid correction, the petitioners, namely, Md. Kausar Ali @ Raza, Wasim Akram @ Pappa and Javed Akhtar @ Guddu shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, corresponding

to Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

5. All other directions in the order dated 30th July, 2024, however, shall remain unchanged.

6. Accordingly, this order shall form part of the order dated 30th July, 2024.
