In assailment is an order dated December 20, 2022 DL-2 03.08.2023 Court No.5 (AD) passed by the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal. Petitioner waited for seven months to approach the High Court against the impugned order of the Tribunal. Petitioner seeks direction for expeditious disposal of the proceeding of the Tribunal.

Firstly, the petitioner waited for seven months to approach the High Court. Secondly, the original application was filed in 2022. The next date fixed is January 31, 2023. Thirdly, no such urgency is demonstrated warranting the High Court to issue a mandamus for expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

In such circumstances, we are not minded to interfere.

WP.ST 104 of 2023 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
